To ensure dedicated service, please schedule an appointment in advance, as we are unable to accommodate walk-in visits. We will make every effort to provide a time that is convenient for you.
Important:
Appointments are scheduled in 15-minute increments. Punctuality is appreciated to ensure all documents are completed within your allotted timeframe.

You Must Bring to Your Appointment:
To ensure your documents are processed efficiently within your scheduled time, please bring the following:
Primary Identification: One piece of valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License, Passport, or Permanent Resident Card).
Secondary Identification: A second piece of ID, such as another government-issued photo ID, a Healthcare Card, or a credit card issued in the deponent’s name.
Completed and Printed Documents: All documents must be fully completed and printed before your arrival. We do not offer printing services on-site, and appointments are not intended for filling out forms.
Unsigned Documents: Important: Do not sign any documents before your appointment. As a Commissioner for Oaths, I must personally witness your signature after the oath or affirmation has been administered.
Presence of Signatories: All individuals required to sign the documents must be present and provide their own identification.
Exhibits: Ensure all additional documents to be annexed as exhibits are organized and ready for commissioning.
