You Must Bring to Your Appointment:

• One piece of government-issued photo identification (driver's licence, passport, etc...).
• A second piece of identification, either another piece of government-issued photo identification or healthcare card or a credit card with the deponent name.
• The individuals who are signing the documents.
• The documents requiring commissioning and any other documents that will be annexed as exhibits.
• Importantly, you cannot sign the documents until your appointment.
